After 11 years of brutal beat downs, 5 championship title defenses in a row and a who’s who list of victims, the "Huntington Beach Bad Boy", Tito Ortiz says that he is 100% done with the UFC.

“No, I’m not going back to the UFC, I don’t want to,” commented the former champion. “I can sleep now and not worry about what’s going to be said about me. I don’t have to worry about what I have to say to make sure I say the right thing. I’m sick of kissing ass and I’m not doing it anymore.”

Tito Ortiz, one of the most controversial and outspoken fighters in the UFC, made his debut back at UFC 13 in Augusta, Georgia and never looked back. At 15-6-1 Ortiz has one of the most impressive lists of opponents in the game today with wins over some of the best fighters in the world including Mezger, Wanderlei Silva, Kondo, Tanner, Matyushenko, Ken Shamrock x3, Belfort, Griffin and more.

Motivated by the recent controversy surrounding himself and Dana White, Ortiz was determined to go out with a bang in his final bout with undefeated, Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida at UFC 84 last weekend. Just how deep the hatred burned between the two former friends was made evident at the UFC 84 weigh ins when Ortiz unzipped his hoodie to reveal a t-shirt that read "Dana is my bitch" in big bold letters.

However, Tito’s plan for the perfect ending to a successful career in the biggest MMA organization in the world, would be foiled by the elusive striker that is, Lyoto Machida. "The Dragon" had different plans on May 31st and totally smothered Tito’s offense, taking all three rounds and extending his perfect record to 13-0. Ortiz was gracious in his post fight interview with Joe Rogan and even gave some false hope of a continued UFC career.

Any hope that Tito might stay in the UFC, quickly vanished when he announced on MMAWeekly Radio Wednesday night that he will 100% be going somewhere else.

During Tito’s UFC 84 post fight interview, he claimed that he had another three to four years of fighting left in him. He is already in the process of finding the right organization and could possibly even start his own. He is also embarking on a three week tour to promote the release of his new biography "This is Gonna Hurt". Ortiz hopes to have a fight lined up by September or October.
