Titan FC Announces the Addition of Five Fighters to their Roster Including UFC Veterans Steven Siler and Jack May.

Pompano Beach, Fla. –Today is a banner day for Titan FC as the promotion has signed a variety of fighters ranging from a few young, up and coming prospects to a UFC veteran whose release came as a shock to many in the mixed martial arts community. Matchmakers Joe Wooster and Scott Cutbirth have been working night and day to fortify every division of the Titan FC roster.  All told, Titan FC signed five fighters including Steven Siler, James Jenkins, Jack May, EJ Brooks and Andre Harrison.

Joining the heavyweight division will be 33-year-old Jack May. Standing 6’8” and weighing in at 253 lbs., May possesses a record of 7-2 with six wins coming by first round knockout. A two time UFC veteran, May was released after suffering back to back losses to Derrick Lewis and Shawn Jordan. Long Island, NY has been producing a lot of great talent in recent years including UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman and TUF 19 winner Eddie Gordon. Titan FC has tapped into the talent pool on Long Island and signed featherweights Andre Harrison and James Jenkins. Harrison is 7-0 while Jenkins is 8-1 with three wins via KO and four coming by way of submission. Both Harrison and Jenkins have competed exclusively for New Jersey based Ring of Combat promotion. Jenkins trains alongside Weidman and Gordon at LAW MMA, formerly known as the Serra/Longo gym. Harrison trains with UFC light heavyweight Gian Villante and WBO light welterweight boxing champion Chris Algieri at Bellmore Kickboxing.

EJ Brooks made his debut for Titan FC at Titan FC 30 where he defeated Todd Moore via unanimous decision. A native of Illinois, the 28-year-old lightweight has a professional record of 8-3 with one knockout and two submissions. Brooks has also competed for RFA and Bellator, where he had a record of 4-1. The Titan FC lightweight title will be decided on Halloween night as Mike Ricci and Yoshiyuki Yoshida headline Titan FC 31 in a five round bout.

Siler was recently released by the UFC after a 9 fight run in the organization. A native of Anaheim, CA, the 27-year featherweight compiled a 5-4 record for the promotion and has an overall record of 23-13 with three wins by knockout and 13 via submission. He joins a stacked featherweight division that includes Desmond Green, Gleristone Santos, Robert Washington and Kurt Holobaugh. In April 2013, Siler and Holobaugh competed on the undercard of UFC 159. Siler took home a unanimous decision in a back and forth fight that many felt deserved the Fight of the Night bonus.
