The Main Event Bantamweight Championship Match will be Lee Gil-Woo’s first defense of the title since claiming it in the Bantamweight Tournament Finale at ROAD FC 012 in June of 2013.  Lee won the tournament by defeating Hong Jung-Gi and Moon Jae-Hoon.  In the finale, Lee won the belt by defeating fellow top contender Song Min-Jong in a closely contended Split Decision.

Challenger Lee Yoon-Jun has proven himself to be at the top of the ROAD FC bantamweight division since losing in the tournament to contender Song.  He won five matches in a row, with three at bantamweight over top-level Japanese competition.  Lee Yoon-Jun is now recognized as one of the best Korean MMA fighters today.

Song Ga-Yeon gained widespread attention for her kickboxing matches against males as a teenager.  The lovely and talented athlete was immediately recognized a future superstar when ROAD FC CEO Jung Moon-Hong noticed her in training.  He brought her under the apprenticeship of the ROAD FC Official Gym and she made her successful MMA debut at ROAD FC 017, winning by TKO in the first round.  Song will continue her career with a match at ROAD FC 020; her opponent is to be announced shortly.
