Ohio Fighting Championship presents OFC15: Super Brawl 2
Ohio Fighting Championship is quickly becoming Ohio’s premiere mixed martial arts promotion boasting some of the top talent from around the Midwest and more. On February 9th we will be back in Hilliard, Ohio for OFC15: Super Brawl 2 featuring both professional and amateur fighters.
In the main event of the evening, a former OFC champion and now Bellator MMA veteran (2-1 Pro 7-0 amateur) Rocky “The Number” Edwards returns to the OFC cage to face (1-0 Pro) Todd Bevan in a welterweight showdown. Edwards, fresh off a submission victory over John Myers in January looks to put his new BJJ purple belt to the test as he faces a fellow submission artist in Bevan. Bevan is currently 1-0 as a professional picking up his first win back in June 2012 via submission and sporting an undefeated amateur record at 8-0. Now the two look to battle it out as they find their place in their young professional career.
In the OFC professional featherweight division SkrapHouse MMA shining star (0-0 pro) Alfred Leisure will be making his long-awaited professional debut as he takes on (1-0 pro) Mark Wilson from the new Buckeye MMA. Leisure was undefeated at 6-0 in his amateur career and Wilson went 6-6 having two times the number of fights under his belt.
Also on the card, Canada-native and former OFC amateur light-heavyweight champion (1-0 Pro) Matt “The Bully” DiCenso makes his return to the OFC cage as a professional and looks to take on (0-0) Matt “Angerfist” Anderson for his pro MMA debut in a catch-weight bout.
The amateur fights of the evening feature some of Ohio’s top up-and-coming fighters: A heavyweight matchup between Will Duffy and John Gardner and a bantamweight bout between Donny “The Destroyer” Korbel and Joey “The Rhino” Rine and much much more!
