Undefeated and outspoken fighter, Ben Parrish (3-0), will be making his V3Fights’ debut on September 28 at Minglewood Hall in Memphis, TN.  Parrish has been calling out fighters on the V3 roster for quite a while, and in a couple of weeks he will get what he asked for.

Parrish hails from Pontotoc, MS and fights out of Brian Whites MMA.  Parrish got involved in karate at an early age, and decided he wanted to quit football to become a full time martial artist.    He used to weigh 310 pounds and was out of shape. Doing MMA and martial arts completely changed his life.

On September 28, his adversary will be another undefeated fighter in Jimmy Rice from Birmingham, AL.  Here is what Parrish had to say about his opponent: “Jimmy Rice is the toughest guy I’ve fought so far and I’m looking to finish him.  I’m good at everything from top to bottom and cardio.”

A win over Rice would put Parrish towards the top of the ranks in an already stacked light heavyweight division with the V3 promotion.
