MMA Hold’em 4: HEAVYWEIGHTS -Results-

Today’s MMA Hold’em 4: HEAVYWEIGHTS had a disappointing turn out with only 9 entrys but the game was a lot of fun and packed full of MMA chat and Poker action.

UFC 121 was a major topic but it was great chatting with MMA Fighter Billy Thurston. Bill was in a 3 round war last night at the Burlington Brawl 10 in Vermont. Billy lost this fight 29-28 on the score cards but I don’t agree.

Billy has another fight in two weeks at GYM WARS against Kyle Ehntholt at 140lbs.

The battle at the poker table was much different. With 6 Canadians and 3 Americans doing battle with a wide range of poker styles. I was taken out early by Nishthefish1 when my flush was cracked by a fullhouse on the river. Nishthefish1 managed to take the title and a wicked mad BCmmaFan’s Tshirt leaving hempstar55 with the MMAmadhouse T-shirt.

Well that wraps up another month. MMA Hold’em 5 will be held on November 21st, more info in the coming weeks.
