Lesnar vs Kongo Possibly in the Cards

After an impressive win over Heath Herring at this weekend’s UFC 87 in Minneapolis, UFC heavyweight Brock Lesnar could find himself back in the octagon to face dangerous striker Cheick Kongo.

Kongo also had an impressive victory at UFC 87, defeating Dan Evensen by knockout in the first round.

This would be a huge step for either of these fighters toward achieveing the top contender spot in the UFC heavyweight division. Though both have suffered somewhat recent losses there isnt a lot to be said for the heacyweight foodchain in the UFC these days, so it wouldn’t be too far fetched to imagine one of these two guys getting a title shot within the next year or so.
