Jeremy Jackson Charged with Sex Crimes

Jeremy Jackson, former UFC fighter and TUF 4 cast member, was arrested last month and charged with a total of seven felonies, including two counts of rape and kidnapping.

Jackson was arrested on June 30th in Oxford, CA, and is currently being held in a Ventura County Jail. With his bail set at $1 million dollars, it looks fighting won’t be on the agenda for a long time. Details of his arrest have not yet been released.

The 26 year old is scheduled to appear in Ventura County Superior Court on Wednesday to enter his pleas to the charges.

Here is a list of Jackson’s seven felony offenses:

• Two counts of forcible rape
• Kidnapping to commit another crime
• First degree residential burglary
• Assault with a firearm
• Dissuading a witness by force or threat
• Criminal Threats

Three additional felony charges were also levied against Jackson at his initial arraignment which included:

• Two counts of sexual assault
• Sex Crimes (aggravated circumstances)

This isn’t the first time Jackson has broken the rules. Jeremy’s short stint on "The Ultimate Fighter 4" came to an end when Dana White kicked him off the show for leaving the fighter house to meet a girl. He was lucky enough to be invited back to the season finale of TUF 4 but ended up losing to Pete Spratt after a second round submission injured his neck.

Jackson has only fought once since the injury in late 2006. He defeated Hector Carrilo via TKO at Total Combat 19 back in March of 2007, and hasn’t fought since.
