Bellator 122: The Finals July 25 09:00 PM ET (Spike TV)

Andrey Koreshkov (16-1) RusFighters Sport Club
Adam McDonough

Koreshkov, since joining Bellator ran off 5 straight wins with 3 of those wins via KO/TKO in the 1st round. Koreshkov suffered his 1st loss in his 6th Bellator fight against Ben Askren via KO/TKO in the 4th round, making his record 7-1 in Bellator action.

McDonough made his Bellator debut at Bellator 100 with an impressive performance and a TKO win (spinning back kick and punches) against Johnny Buck. McDonough has 3 victories in BFC and has 6 KO/TKO to go with his 11 wins.

RFA 16: Copeland vs Jorgensen July 25 10:00 PM ET (AXS TV)

Joshua Copeland (8-0) Grudge Training Center (@joshcuddlybear)
Jan Jorgensen (7-0) The Pit Elevated Fight Team (@Jammal84)
with his unblemished record has been on a roll in his pro career. Copeland has finished all of his opponents in the 1st round except for two, going to unanimous decision against Jesse Hernandez and Richard Foster both at Sports Combat League late in 2013.

Jorgensen, a veteran of Showdown Fights promotion, just recently recorded a huge win over Ben Fuimaono via Submission Choke in the 1st round at Showdown Fight 14. Jorgensen has 4 KO/TKO’s to go along with his 7 victories. I’m so excited for this fight as two giants will be locking horns and both fighters appears to be in prime form and headed to the next level.

Also on this card will be Maureen ‘Baby Face’ Riordon (Pro Debut) Fusboxe/Sambo Angles, facing off against Marion ‘The Bruiser’ Reneau (3-1) Team Rhino Elite, in what will be the first televised WMMA Bantamweight fight in RFA history.

Lana Kate (2-1) fighting out of Melbourn, Victorio, Australia
comes into this battle with 2 KO/TKO and 2 Submission wins. Clark’s only loss came at the hands of Kyra Purcell at Fight World Cup 16 via Unanimous Decision.
Kate steps into the cage with a 2 fight win streak. Both of Kate’s wins came when she defeated Amy Adams twice, once via Split Decision and the latest victory via TKO due to punches.
This fight will be for the Roshambo MMA Vacant Bantamweight Championship.
This card also has another WMMA Title fight in the Atomweight Division as “Little Thunder” Shauna Carew will battle it out against Ginny Connors.

WFC 25: Brawl at the Beach July 26 05:00 PM ET (GFL TV)

Aaron Hedrick (9-5) American Top Team
Ryan Healy (25-13-1) Team Quest
has fought his last 5 fights at KOTC with a 3 fight win streak. This would be a huge victory for Hedrick if he can get past the very dangerous Healy.

Healy comes into this fight being the more seasoned fighter and has fought in tons of promotions such as WEC, Strikeforce, MFC and most recently Bellator. One thing for sure, Healy always gives the fans a show for the money.

Triple A MMA 8: Rivals July 26 08:00 PM ET (GFL TV)

Conrad Padilla (5-1) Jackson’s MMA
Isaiah Reyes (7-4) FIT/NHB’s
suffered his only loss in his last outing via Unanimous Decision against Nicholas Rhoades at Jackson’s MMA Series back in August of last year. Out of the 5 wins Padilla has a KO/TKO in 3 of those wins all in the 1st round.

Reyes is coming off 2 losses with one loss in his last outing via unanimous decision and the one before that a very tough loss that could of went either way via Split Decision. Reyes has 5 sumbission finishes to go with his 7 wins. With both fighters coming off losses, this fight has fireworks written all over it, maybe Fight of the Night.

Blackout Fighting Championship 24: Rising Stars July 26 08:00 PM ET

Thai Clark (pro debut) Fighting out of Wichita, Kansas
Aaron Roberson (pro debut) Fighting out of Welch, OK
I’m so excited for this fight as I’ll be covering this event for I know both of these fighters have fought nothing short of the best amateur fighters in the Midwest.

Clark has only 1 defeat as an amateur suffered back in April of 2013. Clark is currently riding on a 2 fight win streak with one of those wins against the “Lion King” MMA sensation Chuka Willis.

Roberson is coming off a loss to Chuka Willis at Blackout FC 16 via Submission Choke in the 2nd round. Roberson’s amateur career has been nothing but the top contenders in every single amateur fight he’s been in with the likes of Chuka Willis, CJ Hunter, and Tee Jay Britton, just to name a few.
These two Gladiators are going to be bringing it with all they’ve got and more. Don’t be surprised if this fight turns out to be Fight of the Night.
