Andrew “The  Beast” Whitney is one of the best and most exciting bantamweights outside of the UFC and we are excited that he is returning to Springfield to headline BFC: “Showdown at the Shrine”.
“Big Rigg” Ryan Hayes (7-4) trains out of Apex BJJ in Tuttle, Oklahoma (Cesar Gracie affiliate) and is a veteran of Pancrase. Hayes brings his dangerous ground game into this fight and poses a threat to any opponent if the fight hits the mat. All 7 of his victories come by way of submission so don’t expect to see this fight going to the judges scorecards.

Frank “The Saint” Gutierrez will be making his professional MMA debut and will be looking to avenge a loss from his amateur career! “The Saint” has  been out of the game for awhile but decided to return when Christian Camp asked for the fight via social media.
