Affliction "Banned", featuring one the greatest heavyweight cards of all time, is set to go off on July 19th from the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.
Fedor "The Last Emperor" Emelianenko returns to U.S. soil to take on one of his toughest challenges to date as he battles Tim "The Maine-iac" Sylvia for the first ever undisputed heavyweight championship of the world. This card features 5 top ten ranked heavyweights including Barnett, Rothwell and Arlovski.
RedSweat.com will be bringing you all of the live action for this monumental event including quick results and up-to-the-minute play-by-play results for the entire fight card beginning at 8pm ET sharp.

Update: There has been a recent change to the fight card. Gary Goodridge is replacing Aleksander Emelianenko in the fight against Paul Buentello. This means if you have already posted your predictions you will need to repost your prediction for this fight.

- "Big Daddy" Gary Goodridge stepped up for Aleksander Emelianenko last minute to face Paul "The Headhunter" Buentello. Aleksander received notification that he had not met licensing standards just minutes before his weigh-in.

Vitor Belfort vs Terry Martin (Middleweight FSN Bout)
Mike Pyle vs JJ Ambrose (Welterweight PPV Bout)
- Round 1: Ambrose comes wading in with punches and stuffs Pyle in the corner. He drops levels for a takedown but can’t execute it. Pyle gets a nice body lock and takes Ambrose down with a nice trip takedown right into side control. Mike mounts and Ambrose gives up his back. He starts to pepper Ambrose with punches and then sinks in a head and arm choke. He lets it go but then starts to work in the rear naked. He can’t get it so he starts to reign down some blows. He sinks in the rear naked for a second time and this time JJ taps.

- Final Result: Mike Pyle wins via Rear Naked Choke at 2:51 in the 1st round.
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs Edwin Dewees (Light Heavyweight PPV Bout)
- Round 1: Nogueira comes out swinging. Dewees starts to work some leg kicks. Antonio is getting the better of the stand up game as expected. They tie up against the ropes in the corner. Back to the middle Dewees lands a nice leg kick. On the mat Nogueira starts to work some good ground and pound. Back to their feet, Nogueira lands a nice kick to the body followed by a knee. Antonio continues to punish Dewees with knees inside the Muay Thai clinch. Dewees is now in trouble. Nogueira lands some good punches followed by more big knees. He finally drops Edwin with a left hook. He seals the deal with a couple more strikes on the ground and the ref jumps in to stop the fight.

- Final Result: Antonio Rogerio Nogueira wins via TKO at 4:06 in the 1st round.
Matt Lindland vs Fabio Negao (Heavyweight PPV Bout)
- Round 1: Lindland sits Negao right down with a solid punch and goes right into a guillotine choke. Fabio scrambles and rolls Lindland but Matt continues to hold onto the choke. Negao finally escapes trouble but Lindland starts to work some ground and pound. He comes down with a Sakuraba style double hammer fist. He starts to work some elbows. Matt comes down with another vicious elbow continuing to control Fabio. Lindland comes down with a solid punch that has an effect on Negao. On their feet, Lindland starts to work some punches and misses with a kick. A few more strikes from both and a leg kick from Negao ends the round.

- Round 2: Lindland throws a head kick and continues to stalk Negao. Fabio lands a big elbow to the jaw of Lindland. He continues to throw elbows and strikes, starting to find his range and hurting Lindland. Matt comes back with a good combo of his own in he corner. Matt drops him down to the mat in the corner. He starts to work some ground and pound from the half guard. He lands a good elbow followed by a punch. He lands two or three more solid elbows on the ground. Lindland is starting to pick his shots. He comes down with another big shot but Fabio just shakes it off. He continues his ground assault in the corner of the ring. Negao stretches out of the ring and the crowd reacts with boos. The round ends with Matt on top pounding away.

- Round 3: They start to exchange in the opening of the third. Negao looking tired is starting to steer clear of Lindland. Matt drops levels. Fabio has a choke in place but it is no threat. They break apart and continue the striking game. Both fighters are looking exhausted with not a whole lot behind their punches at this point. Negao is reaching with his punches. Fabio lands a kick to the body. Matt comes in for a takedown and they end up almost falling completely out of the ring. The crowd boos as Negao walks around and back into the ring. Lindland lands a big knee that stands Fabio up. He comes in with more punches and they clinch against the ropes. Matt lands a nice left. Both fighters take a break with 10 seconds on the clock. A few more strikes and this fight is over. A dominating performance from Lindland.

- Round 1: They start to scrap and tie up for a moment. Renato lands a nice kick before they tie up again, this time in the corner. Mike breaks away throwing a combo of punches. Babalu drops down for the takedown but can’t get it. They continue to trade strikes. Renato ducks under a punch and they are back in the clinch. Whitehead lands a knee in the clinch as they barter for control. They break apart and start to trade more blows. Whitehead comes in with an nice uppercut. The crowd start to chant for Babalu and they are back in the clinch. Renato gets Mike to the mat but only for a moment and it is back to the striking game. They trade a few more shots and the bell sounds.

- Round 2: They start to work some jabs and Whitehead comes in and ties up Babalu. They battle for position and then separate. Both fighters land some good punches. Renato is starting to show some swelling above his eye. Whitehead drives Babalu into the ropes and eventually gets the trip takedown. He starts to works some small shots in full guard. Babalu starts to work on a triangle but Mike avoids any trouble. Babalu sinks in an omaplata but Mike escapes. In the clinch Babalu starts to work some nice knees to the body. Whitehead breaks away with a nice elbow and Renato misses with a big spinning back fist. Back in the clinch they work for position. Renato lands another knee and the round ends.

Renato sinks in a guillotine but goes out of the ropes and once again the action is restarted. Babalu lands a couple of good shots. Both fighters connect with some good shots. Whitehead gets the takedown but gets caught in a tight guillotine. Mike escapes and ends up in full guard. Renato locks up the omaplata but Whitehead escapes. He almost walks right into a triangle but survives. The ref stands them up and they immediately trade. The crowd starts to chant for Babalu who lands a nice front kick flush. Renato goes for a shot and works some knees to finish the round.
