Unified Combat League North American MMA tournament

So, we’ve finally been given the go ahead to make public this little project we’ve been working on for the last year or so. We’re still working out some of the details but here’s the general gist of it.

How it works:

1. 8 Districts throughout North America (Co-promoted by 8 different affiliates)
District 1 (NW USA)
District 2 (NE USA)
District 3 (SE USA)
District 4 (SW USA)
District 5 (West Canada) – BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta, Saskatchewan
District 6 (East Canada) – Nunavut, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland
District 7 (North Latin) – Mexico
District 8 (South Latin) – Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico
2. Two 16 man tournaments in each district (one pro and one amateur) to establish their pro and ammy District Champions – Championship rounds are all streamed live viawww.unifiedcombatleague.com.3. The District Champions from each district then compete in an 8 man single elimination tournament to establish the UCL North American Champion…

We’ve vetted and selected affiliate promotions in four of the eight districts and as soon as we’ve selected the promoters in the other 4 districts we’ll be sending out contracts. The exposure our broadcasting partners bring to the table is pretty serious so we’re interested more so in RELIABLE promoters with solid match making than we are the “size” of the promotion per sey.

The amateur champion will be awarded the North American Amateur belt and an open ended contract for their pro debut in the UCL and the pro champion will be awarded the North American Pro belt, a pro purse AND an open ended pro contract to compete in the UCL or it’s affiliated promotions.

Please comment with any questions or if you’re interested in being a part of this MASSIVE endeavor inbox us…More details will be on our website as soon as we’re able to release them.
